David M. Siegal, Esq.
Mr. Siegal is a founding member of Assaf & Siegal PLLC, which was formerly Siegal Law Offices PLLC. Mr. Siegal’s concentration is matrimonial law, including significant experience in high net worth complex matrimonial cases. He also has extensive experience in general civil litigation matters, estate planning and estate litigation, tax, corporate and real estate matters.
Mr. Siegal brings to the practice real world experience in developing, managing, and marketing various projects including office buildings, strip malls, historic homes, historic office buildings, and subdivisions. He was recently involved as a principal in a Longboat Key Florida beachside tennis resort highly complex assemblage and litigated coalescing of interests project formerly known as The Colony and then turned over to the developer to become the St. Regis of Longboat Key. Mr. Siegal was also a participant in a formerly family-owned, large retail establishment specializing in discount fashion apparel, footwear, and accessories. Additionally, Mr. Siegal is a past fifty-percent owner of a dry cleaning and laundromat chain. Mr. Siegal is a pilot holding a FAA pilot certificate for multi-engine aircraft with instrument rating, and he was a pilot for Angel Flight of America, a non-profit organization.
